In view of the fact that personal data was received by the Company solely as part of the user's applying the Site and the execution of contracts with the Company, notification of the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects about personal data processing is not required (paragraph 2, Part 2 Article 22 of Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
